CCRL's Civic Entrepreneur Summit is the statewide convening of the leaders of California's new civic regionalism. We call these leaders "civic entrepreneurs," and although they come from all walks of life, their entrepreneurism results from shedding traditional intellectual and institutional approaches. Throughout California, these creative civic leaders "meet at the region" to develop and execute innovative ideas and strategies to today's critical economic, social and environmental issues.

On September 24, 25, and 26, CCRL convened more than 225 civic entrepreneurs from across the state in San Francisco to come together to network, share success stories, and shape the State's 2006 / 2007 policy and leadership agenda.
